Conditional Formatting Task Bar options
Allow conditional formatting of the Task Bar even if the entire row is not selected for formatting. Currently if I format an entire row with Navy fill based on it being a parent - because in the Grid/Gantt view I want easy identification of parent rows - the fill carries over into the Gantt and I have to select a different Task Bar color so that it doesn't blend in with the Navy fill of the full row. It also makes the Gantt an eyesore. As as workaround I have to create 2 conditional formatting rules, one to fill only the actual fields I want highlighted in the grid, and another at the entire row level with no fill and the Task Bar color selected as Navy. Having the ability to select task bar color even when I've not applied formatting to an entire row would save the rework

Re: Field for Update Request Workflow not editable
I misunderstood when you said "Date/Time". There are actual date/time type columns that operate the way I mentioned. You are using just a regular date type column. The reason this is not updateable in the update request is because of the dependency settings.

User Groups at Workspace Level (not only for Group Admins)
I'd love to be able to create a user group within a workspace. Each workspace is subject to different user groups as they are often client specific and it doesn't make sense to make these very specific user groups at an individual level. Combine that with the fact that only our Smartsheet Account Admins can create groups, and we aren't able to utilize the group functionality which would be highly beneficial if available at the Workspace level.

Advanced Sharing Options
We work with clients on implementations and collaborate and share information through our Smartsheet. We have multiple sheets and reports within a workspace and while most are shared with clients, some are internal only. This prohibits me from sharing the entire workspace and I have to share each sheet individually with my client partners, this is sometimes upwards of 20 people and becomes cumbersome. I'd prefer to be able to share the entire workspace and then be able to exclude a sheet from workspace sharing.

Re: New User Model and Publish Users
@kwsmartsheet I would like to find out more about this as well.
I believe if we just publish with editing permission to "anyone with the link", then Smartsheet shouldn't be charging for it as they will not be able to track the user who is editing the sheet.
However, if we publish with editing permission to "users in my Smartsheet plan" for better access control, then users will be required to login before update. According to the USM definition, a member is an internal team who are shared to the sheet with commenting permission and above. So, it may require membership.
Hope to have more official information on this matter.

Re: Attachment/sheet size maximum limit
I am a bit confused. If the limit on a sheet is 50MB (including attachments) who can you upload an attachment up to 250MB? My issues is that I have a sheet where the cells by itself will not be that large (maybe 2000 rows max and about 15 columns only); very limited formulas that are simple BUT… each line item will have 2-3 photos of about 2-3MB only for each photo. Can you shed some light on this please?
